Helle & großzügige Wohnung mit Panorama

Trotz ein paar Kleinigkeiten angenehmer Aufenthalt Positive: Gut ausgestattete Küche , saubere Bad , sehr schöne Größe der Wohnung, cooles Objekt Negative: Der Zugang zur Wohnung über das Treppenhaus sehr verwahrlost, von einem Panoramablick kann man nicht unbedingt reden ,

Suitable for short-stay only. Positive: Super nice location - across from the river. On the mountain, away from noisy city life. Building is traditional, which we loved. Would be amazing if the fountain worked! Loved the statue in the common area. Short-stay suitable. Has kitchen requirements - fridge, stove, sink and dishes/ utensils. 2 twin beds in one bedroom and one daybed in the living area. Negative: - parking is difficult depending on the timing of the day; some residents don't have common sense when parking and block multiple spots Definitely not suitable for a long stay (we stayed almost 2 weeks)! We had no cleaning products / tools - had to ask for soap refill, bought our own disinfectant spray and paper towels even after asking for some and didn't receive them (did bring bathroom tissue when we asked though). No wet mop available, just a dry Swiffer type thing that was filthy. Vacuum available but either bag was full or broken/blocked - poor suction. We were told we could get the cleaners in, but never saw them once despite trying multiple times to find them during their supposed hours on site. No change of towels or sheets for 12 days. When we asked, they said to use the washer. Washer was broken entire time we were there. He did come to try and fix it after all towels sat in dirty water for 5 days (we couldn't unlock it to get them out). We had to pay 100 euros to wash our clothes between gas and multiple laundromats because machines were broken (definitely our significant bad luck). No offer to compensate despite frequent communication with host that we would have to use the laundromat. Because of our long stay, the washing machine was essential and one of the main reasons to choose that place. We ended up not having clean towels and clean sheets for a large majority of the stay. This part could have been helped if there were extra linens and towels in the flat. Also, there is only one pillow and one blanket per bed. No extra anything. We had to buy a blanket and pillow (maybe a culture thing - in Canada and USA, we have a minimum of 2 pillows per person). Beds were comfortable for mom and teenage son. But, very small for a large/tall man. We were kind, extremely patient and hopeful the stay would get better, but turned out to be the worst part of our trip.

Clean and comfortable apartment in a calm riverside area, with great views and helpful management.i recommend Positive: The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The air conditioning worked well, and the company was very helpful and responsive. The area is calm, with beautiful views and easy access to pleasant walks or bike rides along the river in Koblenz. Negative: Access to the property can be difficult, even when using maps. Parking is sometimes challenging, and on a few occasions neighbours asked us to move the car. There are also families living nearby, so there can be some noise at certain times.

Negative: Die Betten hätten etwas breiter sein können. Der Wasserkocher dürfte einmal ausgetauscht werden ( stark verkalkt )

Positive: Wunderschöne Lage, unkomplizierte und freundliche Kommunikation. Alles super, gerne wieder!
