Moderne 110 qm Wohnung bei Messe / Flughafen

Positive: Die Ferienwohmung ist grossartig geschnitten. Die Räume sind mit dem wichtigsten und sehr liebevollen individuellen Details ausgestattet und dekoriert. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Alle Räune verfügen über ausreichend Platz, so dass man sich gut aus demWeg gehen kann. Inhaltlich war alles da was man brauchte und wichtig war... Eine Kaffeepadmaschine, Wasserkocher und es gab Pads, die man nutzen konnte, Tee beutel und noch so viel mehr. Wir waren mit 2 Erw. Und 5 Kindern da und allen hat es super gefallen. Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem kleinen Dorf, das sehr ruhig und idylisch liegt. Einkaufmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Negative: Mmmm..... da fällt mir gar nichts ein

Never again. Positive: The Location was nice. Everything was private. Negative: We had problems with the heating system making a ridiculous amount if noise the WHOLE night. Only when , after two night, we turned UP the heating, it went away. Cost us two nights of sleep. When we communicated about this, they said they couldnt fix it , but we would get a partial refund. Guess what...never happend. They prommised multiple times, just to ignore us in the end.

Everthing was fine Positive: The host is very kind and reponsive, flat was clean and everything was ok. Flat is on the last floor so no for someone with walking issues as there are many steps to climb Negative: a bit far from everything, but this is something I knew in advance.

Excellent appartement calme, proche de Cologne Positive: La proximité de l'appartement avec Cologne, Brühl et Bonn. Le calme de l'endroit et les jolies forêts proches. La taille de l'appartement avec une cuisine bien équipée et un salon confortable avec TV et streaming. Zacharias est très accessible par message et très sympathique. Negative: Un seul WC/Douche pour un grand groupe, ça peut vite être compliqué. Un WC supplémentaire serait vraiment bienvenu. Les radiateurs font parfois du bruit la nuit (même si c'est réglable).

Déception Positive: Les produits mis à disposition : savon, épices, etc. Negative: L appartement n était pas propre : sol de la cuisine collant, moquettes et tapis très sales. Le four et la machine à café cassés et pas fonctionnels. Lorsque nous arrivons avec un plat à réchauffer au four, c est embêtant. Store absent dans une des chambre et poignée de un velux cassée : impossible d aérer la pièce. Zacharias très poli dans les échanges n a apporté aucune solution.
